I have been an editor for as long as I could read and write but in the last 25 years I have turned vocation into career, first by working as a copyeditor and then moving to large-scale technical content development for professional organisations.

I have developed and overseen national and international programmes of work, many of them including global localisation elements (did I mention I am a qualified translator too?). But what I love most, what really makes my heart sing, is working alongside groups of technical professionals to develop guidance that makes the world a better, safer, place in a way that is easily adoptable by the market.

As a certified Agile Practitioner and Scrum Master, the other string to my bow is product development. I have spent years at senior level in membership organisations developing digital platforms, education/training products and mentoring agile and diverse teams. Nowadays, I offer this as an in-house or remote service.
